If you don’t wish to apply for an accessible ticket but would like access to the Accessible facilities such as accessible car parking / accessible toilets, please email with relevant official documentation supporting your request and a member of staff will contact you accordingly.

Viewing Platform:

There will be a purpose-built raised viewing platform in the arena, with an accessible ramp.

There will be one located in front of the Main Stage and the Heineken Stage at Longitude.

Please note that space in this area is limited and we operate a strict 1+1 policy to access this area.

However, please bear in mind that priority in this area is given to wheelchair users / patrons with disabilities and should the area become extremely busy carers may be required to move off or move to the back of the platform to make room for additional wheelchairs.

Please note outdoor platforms are not covered, so please plan for all types of weather.

Accessible Toilets:

Where possible, an accessible toilet should be located beside the viewing platform and its use is restricted to accessible patrons. There will also be an accessible toilet located at the Medical Tent, you will also be able to dispose of medical waste here.

Please note service vehicles cannot constantly access the toilets to service them during the day, due to safety issues relating to large vehicles being used around crowds. While we strive for the highest standards, and employ cleaners as well as service vehicles, please be aware this is not a sanitised environment.

Accessible Car Parking:

We can issue you with a pass to the accessible car park which is the closest car park to the site. Spaces will be available to attendees who have pre-registered to use the facility. Please note car parking passes will not be issued until the days prior to the event.

Please also note that the disabled car park will be the closest public car park to site but please bear in mind that it may be still some distance from the event entrance.

The scheme and disabled facilities are not open to those with temporary injuries such as broken bones, healing wounds and women who are pregnant. However, we do review each request individually so please email in good time to enquire about your specific requirement.

Please contact us well in advance.

Anyone turning up on the day without making prior arrangements may not be able to access all of our facilities. However, we will always try to accommodate any late requests.
