Q. Will there be a second release of tickets in 2021?

A. Tickets go on sale on Friday 4th December at 9am. This is the only release of tickets for Longitude 2021 and once tickets sell out no more will be released.



Q. What is the difference between tier one and tier two weekend tickets?

A. Tier one tickets are a limited number of weekend tickets available at a cheaper price level for those who secure their tickets first.

Q. Are there two-day tickets available?

A. No, single-day tickets or three-day weekend tickets are the ticket types available for Longitude 2021.

Q. Are 2020 tickets valid for Longitude 2021?

A. No, 2020 tickets are not valid. All 2020 ticketholders were refunded.

Q. When will the day by day line up be announced?

A. The day be day line up for Longitude will be released at a time closer to the festival. Please keep an eye on our website, app and social media platforms for more information.

Q. If the festival doesn’t go ahead will I get my money back?

A. Yes of course! Just like in 2020 when everyone was refunded 😊

Q. How much do tickets to Longitude cost?

A. Please check www.ticketmaster.ie for more information, for pricing queries and booking tickets.

Q. How can I apply to volunteer for Longitude 2020?

A. Unfortunately, we do not take on volunteers for the festival.

Q. What are the bag restrictions?

A. Bags & Backpacks larger than A4 are not permitted into the Event. Please see Bag Policy for more information.

Q. Are there any lockers on site?

A. No, please only bring the essentials and adhere to the bag policy.

Q. I'm under 16, can I go to Longitude Festival?

A. Yes, if you are accompanied by a ticket holding adult over 18 years old.

Q. When will my ticket arrive?

A. Tickets will be posted out closer to the festival, in some cases, these might not be with you until up to 5 working days before the festival.

Q. What day is my favourite act playing?

Q. I bought a VIP ticket, where do I go?

A. If you have purchased a VIP ticket please go to the VIP cabins before joining the queues. There are designated VIP lanes but you must collect your ticket / wristband before joining the queue.

Q. What can't I bring to the event?

Q. I purchased a two day ticket and a one day ticket separately, do I get a weekend wristband?

A. No, you will only receive a wristband for your two-day ticket purchase. Please refer to the Ticket Info page for a breakdown of ticket types. Click here for more information.

Q. I have seen tickets advertised on other sites - should I buy them?

A. No, we strongly discourage purchasing tickets from any site other than Ticketmaster, which is the authorised ticketing agent for this Event. Tickets purchased from third party sellers may be fake and there is no way to tell if a ticket is fake until it is scanned on entry.

Q. How do I get to Marlay Park?

A. Please plan and organise your transport. We encourage all fans to use public transportation to the show. Click here for more travel information.

Q. I have a ticket query - what should I do?

A. Please contact Ticketmaster directly via www.ticketmaster.ie for more information. as we are unable to assist with ticketing queries.

Q. Are any more tickets going on sale?

A. Visit www.ticketmaster.ie for more information.

Q. What can I do if I become separated from my friends?

A. Arrange to meet them at one of the meeting points on site. There is one at each of the arena entrances.

Q. What if I or one of my friends feels unwell or has an accident?

A. There will be first aid points on site with medically trained staff, please approach a first aid point or a steward to assist you.
