Q. When will tickets go on sale?
A. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster.
Q. Are there two-day tickets available?
A. Yes, limited two-day & single-day tickets are the ticket types available for Longitude 2023. Book Now.
Q. Has the line up been announced yet?
A. Yes, please see the first round of acts for Longitude 2023 here. The day be day lineup for Longitude will be released at a time closer to the festival. Please keep an eye on our website, app and social media platforms for more information.
Q. If I can't go to the festival can I get a refund?
A. There are no refunds, however your ticket can be sold via Ticketmaster's Fan to Fan Resale platform access from your Ticketmaster account.
Q. My friend / parent / other bought my Longitude ticket on their account, how do I get my ticket?
A. The ticket can be transferred to you from their Ticketmaster account to yours using the Ticketmaster app.
Q. How much do tickets to Longitude cost?
A. Please check www.ticketmaster.ie for more information, for pricing queries and booking tickets.
Q. I only want to attend one day of the festival, but I have a full weekend ticket. Can someone else use my ticket for the other days?
A. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be used by different people on different days, which means someone else cannot use your ticket for the other days.
Q. How can I apply to volunteer for Longitude 2023?
A. Unfortunately we do not take on volunteers for the festival.
Q. What are the bag restrictions?
A. Bags & Backpacks larger than A4 are not permitted into the Event. Please see Bag Policy for more information.
Q. Are there any lockers on site?
Q. I'm under 16, can I go to Longitude Festival?
A. Yes, if you are accompanied by a ticket holding adult over 18 years old.

A. Tickets will show in your Ticketmaster account immediately after purchase.

Q. What can't I bring to the event?

Q. I have seen tickets advertised on other sites - should I buy them?
A. No, we strongly discourage purchasing tickets from any site other than Ticketmaster, which is the authorised ticketing agent for this Event. Tickets purchased from third party sellers may be fake and there is no way to tell if a ticket is fake until it is scanned on entry.
Q. How do I get to Marlay Park?
A. Please plan and organise your transport. We encourage all fans to use public transportation to the show. Click here for more travel information.
Q. I have a ticket query - what should I do?
A. Please contact Ticketmaster directly via www.ticketmaster.ie for more information. as we are unable to assist with ticketing queries.

Q. What can I do if I become separated from my friends?
A. Arrange to meet them at one of the meeting points on site. There is one at each of the arena entrances.
Q. What if I or one of my friends feels unwell or has an accident?
A. There will be first aid points on site with medically trained staff, please approach a first aid point or a steward to assist you.

Q. Just wondering can someone under 16 go without an adult?
A. All Under 16’s attending the Event must be accompanied at all times by an adult. Parents / Guardians must remain with under 16s and take full responsibility for them throughout the event. Strict age monitoring will be in place at all entrances. Unaccompanied under 16’s will be refused entry without a refund.
Q. Are there two-day tickets available?
A. Yes. Purchase tickets here.
Q. Is a learner permit a valid ID?
A. Acceptable forms of ID are: Passport, Garda Age Card, Driving License. Acceptable forms of ID for those Under 18’s are: School or College ID PLUS a colour copy of your in-date passport.
Q. I have a VIP ticket, but my mates don’t, can I still hang out with them?
A. Yes, you will be able to stay with your friends. The VIP tickets allow access to the Longitude Lounge which features an indoor and outdoor seating area, a wide range of food and drink outlets, VIP toilets and phone charging stations.
Q. I didn’t receive my refund from last year?
A. All tickets would have been automatically refunded. Please check your bank account to make sure the refund wasn’t received. If you find you were not refunded you should contact Ticketmaster directly through your Ticketmaster account
Q. I’m 17, do I need a ticket-holding adult guardian to accompany me to the festival?
A. No, the only people who require this are people under 16 years of age.
Q. Is a picture of my ID on my phone alright to use for entry?
A. No, a picture of your ID on your phone is not an acceptable form of ID. Acceptable forms of ID are: Passport, Garda Age Card, Driving License. Acceptable forms of ID for those Under 18’s are: School or College ID PLUS a colour copy of your in-date passport.
Q. Is there camping at Longitude?
A. No, Longitude does not have the necessary facilities in place for camping. You will need to find your own accommodation if required.
Q. I have purchased a weekend ticket for longitude and it says on the website I will get a wrist band and I can come and go as I please?
A. There is no re-admission to this event. No wristbands will be given out this year so this is not an issue, you will show your electronic ticket via Ticketmaster on arrival each day.
